We are seeking a professional and proactive Marketing Promotions Specialist to join our team. An education requirement will be a university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications or journalism. Experience in marketing, public relations and digital marketing is an asset. Familiarity with Real Estate industry will be also an asset.

Main duties for this role will include but not limited to assessing characteristics of services to be promoted and advising on the advertising needs of the company; also advising management on advertising or sales promotion strategies; developing and implementing advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media; gathering, researching and preparing communications material for the target audiences; developing, implementing and evaluating communications strategies and programs; conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers; preparing reports, briefs, presentations, the Website content and press releases.

We are seeking a professional Mobile Applications Developer to join our team. An education requirement will be a bachelor's degree in computer science or in another similar discipline. A big asset will be experience in mobile app development, testing and automation. 

Main duties for this role will include but not limited to writing, modifying, integrating and testing mobile application; maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required; identifying and communicating technical problems, processes and solutions; preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software; assisting in the development of logical and physical specifications.
